Tim is a litigator.  Before joining our firm, he was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States.  In this capacity, Timothy litigated multiple cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies.  Timothy's unique and valuable experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate cases against large national and international corporations. 

Tim is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center and a father of three boys.  Tim is a former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger (3d Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment), where he learned to react quickly and under pressure; a trait that has assisted him in complex and stressful litigation and trials.

Tim's  practice includes the prosecution of cases of passenger cruise ship injury, boating accidents, car and truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, inadequate security, medical malpractice, product liability and class actions.

In addition to the Florida Bar, Tim is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, South Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
