He currently serves as the President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Timothy is an experienced litigator. Before joining our firm, Timothy was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States and for Wicker, Smith, O'Hara, McCoy, Graham and Ford, one of the largest in Florida. In this capacity, Timothy litigated multiple cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Timothy's unique and valuable experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate cases against large insurance companies and national corporations.
Timothy is a resident of Deerfield Beach, a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center and a former U.S. Army Ranger.
Timothy's practice includes the prosecution of automobile, truck, motorcycle and boat accidents, premises liability cases, construction site accident cases, medical malpractice claims, cruise ship injury cases and other personal injury cases.
In addition to the Florida Bar, Timothy is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, South Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
